CARY NORTH CAROLINA BASED (Not Remote)

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a AT Technical Trainer 3, you will be responsible for:  

Conducts complex individual and group technical training courses and activities for employees and customers. Monitors the effectiveness of course materials, reviews feedback, and modifies/revises course materials as instructed. Completes the development of new course materials Maintains comprehensive knowledge on the technical, installation, and operation of all assigned products, tools and services including system overviews, applications, and options pertaining to AT Cardiology and Interventional Radiology. May identify, evaluate and obtain training programs and materials from external vendors. Trainer will confer with staff and technical training manager to determine training objectives for classroom training. Additionally, trainer will develops training programs including outlines, transcripts, handouts, laboratory exercises, and exams. The Technical trainer will assist with the creation of training content for the training and development website and e-learning tools. Delivers lectures on system overview, configuration, applications, and system options of AT systems, following the course description and material. Must be able to effectively demonstrate procedures being taught, observe trainees in lab sessions, and answers trainees' questions, while delivering written, oral, and hands-on assessments. Participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions inside and outside of the United States to obtain useful information to integrate this information into training programs. Occasional travel to for trainer certification and potential customer training sites.

In this role you will ensure that the Technical training on AT systems is facilitated to provide expert technical training, deliver customer excellence, and represent Siemens Healthineers with professionalism, while focusing on delivering a positive training experience. The candidate will work with the AT Modality team and the Education and Service Management teams to promote positive customer relationships, as well as participate and promote internal team integration and networking resulting in a sharing or knowledge.

Education:

BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. ( Biomedical, Product Engineer)Certification may be required in some areas. 

REQUIRED Knowledge and Experience:

  • Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments.
  • Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and issues.
  • Typically 3-5 years of successful experience in related field of Angiography service and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
  • Complete required training in the Business Line AT and Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.
  • Ability to travel Internationally for required training.
