As the organisation grows the People and Organisation team is leading much of the integration activity alongside our ongoing responsibilities to partner with and motivate change through the business, with that in mind we are looking for a HRBP to partner the Sales and Services teams within the UK with the full range of People and Organisation responsibilities, including M&A, Employee Relations, Onboarding, Change Management, Talent Reviews etc

As the HRBP you will lead and manage the people agenda in their assigned clients, this would include a range of business areas such as Sales, Services, R&D, or Corporate Functions.

Main Responsibilities of HR Business Partner
  • Lead the people agenda in the assigned teams.
  • Manage Employee Relations cases.
  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes to the assigned teams.
  • Lead Integration activities and other projects in line with the current business situation.
  • Manage complex HR Projects cross-functionally.
  • Build a strong business relationship with internal clients.
  • Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
  • Lead recruitment decisions, working with the Talent Acquisition team for delivery.
  • Facilitate the management team to bring the best solutions for employees.
  • Act as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes.
  • Lead Talent Management best practises, including the design of succession plans for key talent.
  • Challenges the organisational norms and behaviours of the internal client and proposes changes.
Key Required Skills
  • Experience as a HRBP in a Tech or Software organisation.
  • Experience in collaborating with and influencing senior leader.
  • Experience of organisational development change management.
  • Action orientated with proven ability to deliver.
  • Strong communication and negotiation Skills.
  • UK Labour Law and UK Employee Relations Knowledge and experience.

Educated to degree level with relevant professional qualifications. CIPD membership is preferred but not essential.

It is encouraged that the Business Partner will travel and be visible at the locations they support.
