The main responsibilities of the Treasury & Controlling Manager - Yunex Ulaşım Teknolojileri A.Ş. are;

Cash Management Financing & Liquidity Planning 
- Daily cash disposition management and forecast (funding local accounts) settling FX spot deals
- Payment inquiries, recalls, embargo hits or manual payments
- Supporting the management of bank accounts (including opening, closing, maintenance of bank accounts and management of authorized signatures)
- Liquidity planning (12weeks/12 Month rolling forecast) 

Controlling Manager
• Completes budget planning, financial planning, actual-versus-plan-analysis, benchmarking, forecasting and reporting activities for the management of the Company.
• Ensures preparation of financial performance reporting for business accountable management.
• Analyzes relevant Key Performance indicators, and provides reports, comments and recommendation. Supports accountable management in planning and calculating yearly budgets. 
• Coordinates, monitors and conducts forecasting and budgeting of the support function reporting through service agreements
• Consolidate budgets, including top-down and bottom-up plans, and proceeds with revolving midterm planning, and periodic forecasts during the year. 
• Performs comparisons Actual vs. Plan, and pursues effects of agreed measures. 
• Analyzes and evaluates cost structures, and builds, maintains and improves the depending cost accounting system. 
• Provides regular business reports, with respect to overall performance, and recommends actions to accountable management. 
• Carries out ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations. 
• Contributes to conceptual and project work related to controlling. 

Other tasks 
- Order guarantees and letters of credit with the banks (supported by Yunex TRE) 
- Administer the ICC settlement 
- Support in FX dealing and settlement (main work stream will be taken over by Yunex TRE) 


* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or in a related field, ideally supplemented by additional finance-related qualifications (e.g. MBA, CFA).
* Three to five years of professional work experience in Treasury / Corporate Finance areas in an international company or in a similar position
* Experience in financial risk management and accounting treatment of financial instruments
* Proactive, efficient, and accurate way of working.
* Excellent analytical and financial skills and fluent in Turkish and English.
• Knowledge of IFRS, Turkish Tax, Turkish Commercial Code and Turkish Accounting Standards
* Banking experience in similar finance field is an additional asset.
* Experience in negotiations financial & legal contracts towards Banks is appreciated
* Strong ability to work in a (virtual) team, intercultural strength, and your ability to work collaboratively across functions and regions in a highly demanding and dynamic environment.
