Financial Manager - LDA China Customer Services

Job Description

Job Responsibility:

As a Head of Finance at LDA CN CS you will be responsible for all commercial and financial aspects of our Service business segment in China. That includes:

  • Review of commercial terms and conditions for service contracts, frame agreements etc.
  • incl customer negotiations.
  • Preparation and review of offer calculations, LoA documents, bidding documents
  • Continuous monitoring of project development in regards to risks, opportunities and
    financial KPIs (Revenue, Profit, Cash flow) incl but not limited to monthly project reviews
  • Regular project related financial and accounting activities such as invoicing, review and adjustment of planned cost, committed cost, accruals etc.
  • Monitoring of productivity of service engineers and project managers
  • Cash collection and management incl customer negotiations in close cooperation with Sales / PM
  • Monthly rolling forecast for Service business segment for main financial KPIs
  • Process improvements in the customer service segment with a focus on commercial part
  • Being interface to LDA CS HQ for all financial matters
  • Prepare and participate in monthly business reviews with LDA CS HQ
  • Lead a team of Commercial project managers


    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Auditing, Business Economics or equivalent

-        5+ years working experience in sales & commercial project management in a multinational company, preferably in Electrical & Electronics Industry

-        3+ years experience of team leadership in finance / commercial environment

-        Knowledge of China bidding laws and regulations

-        Excellent communications skills

-        Strong analytical skills, problem solving and strategic thinking
