Job title - Assistant Vice President - Hire to Retire (P&O Shared Services Team Leader)

This is your role. What part will you play?

Drive futuristic Hire to Retire Operations in the Delivery Center for a cluster of countries/processes

Client Relationship

  • Relationship management with the Head – HR, FIN and other colleagues
  • You will be leading future roadmap in terms of delivery and transformation

Delivery Excellence

  • Ensure operations are taken up the transformational roadmap
  • Build a strong foundation for mindset for delivery in excellence
  • Comprehensive framework across delivery, audits, controls, transformation

People Management

  • Good experience in handling Org structure design
  • Proficiency management and development of workforce
  • Good experience in workforce management including recruiting, retaining, performance management, and engagement

Drive process improvement and digitalization

  • You should Identify and implement automation
  • Good at developing the right proficiencies in the workforce to handle cloud solutions
  • Ensure that the team understands and supports technology solutions such as CARL, EPA, etc.

Short-term goals

·       Establish/improve delivery excellence framework. Continually measure, supervise and improve quality metrics across processes

  • Drive efficiency and saving targets; and build integrated IT-service delivery capabilities

Long-term goals

  • You ensure outstanding strategies for HR Operations, implement new age technologies such as RPA, AI, etc.
  • Focus on enhancing end user experience across services; diligently measure, supervise and improve user satisfaction index
  • Focus on delivering value for business and HR; continually measure, track and improve customer satisfaction index
