(SSLS) 物料管理专员

Job Description

What are my responsibilities? 
• 负责创建订单,过程中发现供应商信息缺失或价格问题需立即通知采购相关同事寻求帮助并需要持续跟踪直至问题解决,同时把问题及时反馈给相关部门及领导。 
• 负责将系统中审批完毕的订单及时发送给供应商。对于高风险物料负责办理高风险物料的采购审批及付款审批。 
• 负责及时处理发票相关的事宜。 
• 负责常用物料的库存监测,计划、跟踪并通知供应商交货日期; 
• 协助对供应商的交货能力和交货可靠性进行评估,每周跟采购分享供应商交货风险报告。针对交货有风险的供应商和采购共同寻找解决方案; 
• 优化MRP设置,合理控制库存水平 

 What do I need to qualify for this job? 
• 大专以上学历 • 3年以上订单处理、物料管理或生产计划等相关工作经验 
• 有ERP MM/PP实操经验,若有SAP使用经验是加分项 
• 性格开朗、乐观 • 做事积极主动,有责任心 
• 良好的沟通和团队合作能力 
• 英语至少能读写;能口语交流是加分项
