Then come and join our global team as IT Senior Integration Architect (f/m/d) for Customer and Enterprise Services and work closely with the business and technology areas to manage and identify customer service needs.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the technical Governance by developing the technical strategy, architecture and service implementation of the integrations to / from internal CS&ES services (i.e. SENSE, teamplay Fleet and Fleetconnect) and satellite systems as an IT Senior Integrations Architect
  • In your role you will analyze, validate and document the requirements and be responsible for their proper implementation
  • You will organize Proof of Concepts, develop user stories and solution designs for sprints, based on epics, features and further a comprehensive interface specification that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions
  • You will liaise and be an integral part of the Governance & operations team to suggest a high-level End2End functional service solution focusing on the defined service level agreements
  • You will develop deep understanding of business processes and proactively suggest innovative technology solutions that lead to continuous business process improvement

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have completed a degree in IT or comparable
  • You have many years of experience as an IT solution architect in professional service/application management
  • You already have many years of sound professional experience and further qualifications in this field, but no degree? Then we are also looking forward to receiving your application
  • You are well-versed in designing complex integrations between various systems (cloud-to-cloud, cloud-to-premise, premise-to-premise)
  • You have profound knowledge in ITIL as well knowledge of cloud platform technology (e.g. ServiceNow , Salesforce)
  • Ideally, you have previous experience building up integrations with one of these Services: SnapLogic, Webservices, SAP (SAP PI) and / or other middleware technologies

Your attributes and skills:

  • You feel comfortable to execute your work and communication in English language in an international and truly global team as well as with business representatives, German language skills are a plus
  • You are motivated by translating operational challenges into valuable technology solutions that exceed expectations of business partners
  • You have a personal affinity to the digital world and modern cloud-based technology
  • You enjoy driving change and taking responsibility in complex and global technology environments
  • You are a team player for whom the success of the team comes first
