What role will you play? - to analyze warranty data and status, - processing claims and complaints, - regulate customer deliveries, - execute RMA process, - track and implement corrective actions,

- lead and control processing of commercial conditions

We are looking for:
  • You hold a master’s degree as electrical engineer, mechanical or industrial engineer, or similar
  • Ability to work in flexible and highly commercially focused ways to achieve results
  • You already have a minimum of 2-year experience within after-sales, warranty and spare parts management
  • Traveling internationally is not an obstacle
  • Beside Portuguese, your fluent in English having German language understanding would be an advantage
  • The ability to present to customers and internal stakeholders is a clear requirement
