Siemens SI is using Zuora as the billing management platform for its emerging Software as a Service subscription business. The Zuora application is at the core of the order to cash (O2C) process. The Keylight SaaS solution is used as the ordering portal. The Product Owner manages the service including implementation coordination, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

Your new responsibilites

  • Provisioning of the Product Vision decides on strategy and product details. Manages the IT-service along the entire lifecycle of the O2C IT-environment.
  • Represents all stakeholders, manages requirements and expectations of all stakeholders in a dynamic and fast developing business and IT environment
  • Functional lead for a service/product, owns the service and is face of the service towards internal stakeholders and external partners. Manages the IT-backlog and defines scope and roadmap including release planning.
  • Is responsible for maximizing the value of the product/service and the work of the service team (ROI).
  • Ensure compliance of the IT-service in regards of IT-compliance processes, Information Security processes, Audits and Contract management.
  • Coordination and management of external partners to ensure contribution according to the implementation roadmap

Your skills

  • University degree in computer science or related major
  • Entrepreneurial competencies, leadership skills, output and value orientation, analytical and negotiation skills
  • Proven IT Service Management competencies including expectation and risk management, knowledge about ITIL framework, agile methodologies like Scrum and SAFe would be a plus
  • Consulting experience for IT solutions in the area of subscription-based business, ERP or billing systems combined with the capability of managing a global agile team.
  • Solid understanding of complex and modern IT-architecture landscapes and belonging software ecosystems
  • Language: English professional level (written & verbal), German is a plus
  • Strong team player in a global business and IT environment
