Join our team as a “Manufacturing Planner Specialist (m/f/d)” and work from our office in InfoPark, Budapest, Hungary. We also consider a mix between working from home and meeting with the team in the office.

Job Duties:

The Manufacturing Planner Specialist´s primary job is to prepare and regularly update the manufacturing plan of electronic measurement stations based on orders, order forecasts and resource (material, workforce, facilities) availability and capacity. Planning involves both high level / longer term planning and weekly planning, as applicable. Overseeing and allocating goods and material stock is also a part of the planning process.

The primary responsibility is maintaining an up to date, realistic plan that utilises the available capacities as much as possible, understandable to all stakeholders and easy to adjust. Having a good understanding of stock utilistation also for providing input to sourcing.

As a Manufacturing Planner Specialist you will be involded in defining QA and manufacturing processes and ensuring that the manufacturing plan incorporates these processes in a realistic and executable way.

Qualifications:
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in a planner position preferably in a production environment or with activities involving the need to harmonise the fulfilment of rapidly changing demands with activities consuming multiple, different type of resources.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing and manufacturing planning methods.
  • Quality oriented with experience in QA processes.
  • Ability to communicate plans to stakeholder in an effective, professional and cool manner.
  • Ability to understand critical path and interdependencies in projects.
  • Good English communication skills (oral/written).
  • Knowledge in MS Excel. Knowledge of specific planning tools and methods is a plus!
  • A structured personality with attention to detail and precision in work.
