As a Team Lead for Identity Management and Support your focus will be
  • Leading a team of young professionals operating and supporting applications.
  • Organize and manage application teams in accordance with customer objectives and quality standards.
  • Develop and foster cross application knowledge to improve end-user experience.
  • Serve as an escalation point for to resolve complex issues and work at technical and process level.
  • Implement and monitor application management processes to ensure quality of service.
  • Promote and provide continuous improvement in applications (also within SaaS context).

What role will you play?
  • Oversee and manage all day-to-day IT operations and application of IT systems, within a team assigned.
  • Contribute to budget planning and ensures coherence with internal guidelines.
  • Prioritize and assigns tasks to the team members and checks progress of agreed transactions.
  • Propose process improvements and implements technical infrastructure.
  • Manages function-related transactions with involved internal and external parties.
  • Respond to operations-related enquiries, as a senior escalation point of contact.
  • Report accurately and timely to accountable management.
  • Manage a functionally dedicated team of IT Professionals and/or IT Operations staff


We are looking for:
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation.
  • Experience in service management:
    • Managing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects.
    • Managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met.
    • Defining and monitoring service performance metrics.
    • Monitoring team key performance indicators.
  • Experience leading application management teams, including traditional support.
  • Experience in SaaS applications when supporting and managing them (incl. liaising with 3rd parties).
  • Strong customer service orientation to deliver a best in class quality of service.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Shares Services or BPO industry is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a globally distributed team, with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Ability to guide, motivate and coach others.
  • Excellent English communications skills, both verbal and written.
