As a key contributor to the Consulting team, you will work closely with Customer and Architects to develop high quality work across all phases (inception through user acceptance testing) that allow our customers to improve the way they lead their business.. In this role, you’ll help us design, develop, implement, and test the next generation of products.   • Taking the lead on running solutioning workshops to capture business and/or technical requirements as a baseline for developing state-of-the-art solutions and products
  • Defining the project implementation approach involving all relevant internal and external stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility
  • Leading multi-disciplinary teams, including user experience advisors, developers and testers to clarify and define requirements and ensure flawless execution of multiple projects

·       Supporting in the set-up of client engagements from initial contact through leading the solution development

  • Managing or developing strong relationships with key clients while being the key interface to the clients
  • Being highly communicative and collaborative, working closely with customers and end users
  • Translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria

·       Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs

·       Supporting the continued growth of our business by developing long lasting customer engagements while, working in a diverse global team within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution

  • Strong business consulting experience of working with various clients to understand, refine and execute technology-focused implementation projects
  • Good understanding of technical solutions and excellent ability to advise on and articulate the value and benefits to clients at multiple levels of seniority
  • Strong communication skills to be able to liaise with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Master’s degree in information technology, business administration with technical focus or comparable
  • Confidence to lead as you will be responsible for facilitating workshops and eliciting business requirements to help solve our clients’ most pressing problems
  • Organized and passionate about building and delivering customer-centric software products
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, often with conflicting or changing priorities
  • High affinity for market-leading technical solutions (e.g. AWS, Celonis, Mendix,…)
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban,…
  • Experience of design and implementation of market-leading technical solutions
