2， Cooperate with solution architect department to develop and improve the solution,
3， Develop solution selling point with ES marketing department , which will be a powerful weapon to win, and help establish ES 'core position.
4， Take into account the combination of DI/AT/DX/US products and service, strengthen support for weak products to improve their performance.
5， Help ES team to fulfill OI and revenue target.
6， The solutions obtain good market feedback, solve customers' pain points, meet customers' needs, improve patients' experience, and establish a good market reputation.
7， Develop innovative business model, help ES department to become the core competence of the company.
8， Responsible for succession plan and keep sustainable development.
Strong people and change management background, 7 Years management experience above.
Ability to analyze and solve problems and competently plan and organize in order to achieve short and long-term objectives.
Strong background in methods and tools to run and optimize departmental services.
10 years related working experience.
Clinical related majors, Bachelor or Master degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas.
