Job Description

What are my responsibilities?
• Lead the entire Beide sales team to achieve the yearly given Beide total sales financial target.
• Develop market and customer transparency.
• Develop overall Beide sales strategy /measures and implement it in Beide sales team.
• Key accounts development and maintenance.
• Plan and execute internal/external training, marketing, and promotion activity.
• Collect and analyze market and competitor intelligence. 
• Distributor network development and management. 
• Overall organization and people development.
• Other assigned tasks.


What do I need to qualify for this job?
• >7 years sales & marketing experience in manufacturing industry. Industry motor background is preferred
• Major of LV motor, mechanical or electrical engineering will be preferred
• Excellent learning ability with good business sense
• Ability for structured & analytic approach to analyze status, propose measures, implement and follow-up
• Strong communication and facilitation skill
• Good organizational ability
• Passionate & self-motivated
• Frequent business travel 
• MS Office skills
• Fluent English is mandatory, German will be a plus
