This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Sr. Director, you will be expected to:

  • Responsible for strategically driving the various initiatives across all innovation centers within NAM
  • Ensures the Innovation Center meets business units needs as a customer/external partner portal to Siemens Healthineers, and links the Innovation Center to broader Company goals and strategy
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Center.
  • Responsible for creating unique experiences for visitors to the Innovation Center and staying ahead of and anticipating their needs
  • Support faculty member’s efforts to integrate instructional strategies, and multiple technologies that promote the innovation center curriculum, including curriculum creation for the different clinical segments, and supporting the different Siemens initiatives at the site

  • Foster relationship with cross-functional teams such as sales, SI and the Customer Service organization to drive customer centricity
  • Support strategic projects for BL as needed

·         Point person for working with facilities team and Administrators to ensure that the Innovation Center is always in a ready state for clients or internal meetings.

  • Act as a core member of the IRCA team to ensure customer POV is met
  • Promote the Center both internally and externally to make it a focal point of innovation programming on a national level.
  • Comfortable with leading innovative system use and playing a coaching role in support of the innovation center

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Minimum of 10+ years experience in angiography
  • Strong knowledge of the medical industry and understanding of the regulations
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a group setting
  • Ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
