This position will be responsible for monitoring and escalating part-related activities identified in key milestones with a concentration on warehouse activities.

Specific responsibilities included but not limited to the following activities:

  • Review and escalation of parts related delays
  • Partner with various teams to ensure parts are hitting milestones timely. 
  • Partner with various teams to reduce and resolve processing errors


Key interactions for this position would be Customer Service Managed Logistics (CSML), 3rd party Logistics provider (DHL), Inventory Team in North Carolina, Customer Service Engineers and Field Service Management.

This position is Mon – Fri, located at 3PL DHL warehouse in Memphis, TN

THIS IS A WAREHOUSE POSITION (Not a Medical Office Position).


Candidate must be detail oriented, well organized, and have the ability to understand various internal/ external processes to resolve the issue at hand. Must also have an unwavering commitment to customer support and the ability to work alone but also as part of a team. Decision making abilities, excellent written and oral communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will be Customer and results oriented, and a self-starter. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, interact favorably with others and skilled at maintaining positive relationships while working to resolve problems. Strong computer skills (SAP/ Microsoft Office) also required
