What part will you play?

As Global Channel Marketing Manager for Commercial Finance (COF) (f/m/d) you develop our annual channel marketing plan, in collaboration with Global Account (Siemens), Siemens Financial Services and Commercial Finance country stakeholders. This includes: 
  • Building visibility, awareness & credibility via Marketing communications initiatives for targeted audiences through a mix of (increasingly digital) media activity – including external and internal websites, customer stories
  • Developing relationships with Siemens´ counterparts in marketing and communications (in conjunction with SFS communications)
  • Increasing financing adoption amongst targeted audiences through integrated, targeted marketing campaigns, meaningful integrated sales /training initiatives, events and marketing interventions along the sales journey etc.
  • Creating and developing data-driven marketing activities, leveraging external and internal data sources to drive increased marketing contact and visibility of SFS along the customer/sales journey – including Siemens´ salespersons
  • Implementing and coordinating marketing approaches for financing products, solutions and services to ensure consistency across the globe, with well-defined, value propositions that resonate with relevant audiences/personas
  • Designing and executing value-adding marketing impact performance reports
  • Acting as the go-to expert for marketing topics for Siemens, SFS and COF sales and product experts – to coordinate marketing efforts and provide support for shared initiatives
  • Contributing to the Global Account Community of Sales and Marketing communications relating to Global Account including coordinating marketing topics with COF countries, promoting coherence, consistency, efficiency 
  • Developing and contributing as needed to ad hoc, defined marketing topics, relating to COF generally as needed  
What you need to make real what matters.
  • University degree in a relevant field of study
  • Hands on experience of operational and strategic marketing disciplines and practice, including global account marketing, digital /data-driven marketing
  • Experienced in project execution and management processes related to marketing initiatives 
  • Knowledge of Siemens markets, and ideally Siemens businesses
  • Familiarity with Asset Financing and Financial Services Industry
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and collaboration with sales and key customers/accounts. Strong influencing skills/thought leadership & communications skills
  • Must have demonstrable evidence of working as part of team (own business and wider business), especially in an international context and therefore adept at working across languages, cultures and time zones (minimum 3 years)
  • Business fluent in English
