Then come and join our global team as Senior SAP Project Manager (f/m/d) to develop innovative and optimal IT (ERP) solutions and lead the corresponding project implementation.

This position can be filled throughout Germany.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will take over the independent and successful management of medium to highly complex projects. You will define the scope, budget, quality and timeline of the projects and manage them along their duration.
  • You are responsible for the development and application of solution design and project management processes under the aspect of continuous optimization and adaptation to new needs
  • You develop sustainable and effort-optimized solution approaches for complex business processes. In doing so, you will work intensively with the process owners and other affected IT Centers of Excellence
  • You will prepare effort and cost estimates for the implementation of new functionalities in SAP and integrated solutions. In addition, you will determine the associated project costs in close cooperation with the requesters, Business Partner Managers, Enterprise Architecture Team and other involved parties
  • You take over the communication of project status information and initiate necessary escalation appropriately. Through professional risk management, they highlight possible consequences, options and decision-making possibilities
  • You drive the optimization and development of SAP architecture standards

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
  • You have many years of professional experience as SAP project manager or as SAP consultant (f/m/d) of international and interdisciplinary IT projects; ideally, you have a corresponding certification (GPM, PMI, etc.)
  • You have competencies in the application or implementation of business processes in the area of finance, SCM, PLM, OTC or similar and have in-depth knowledge of one or more SAP modules (preferably EWM) as well as S4/HANA
  • You have very solid experience with agile project management methods and are able to select the optimal approach according to the project constitution
  • You are characterized by in-depth knowledge of SAP ERP solutions and their integration possibilities
  • You are very experienced in the management of IT service providers as well as the contractual design and execution of corresponding partnerships

  • You work solution-oriented, creatively and independently to generate optimal and innovative IT ERP solutions
  • You are characterized by strong analytical skills, initiative, motivation and the ability to work in a team
  • You communicate confidently at all organizational and work culture levels, demonstrating your ability to assert yourself
  • You have strong presentation and communication skills and an excellent command of English, enabling you to communicate easily and at eye level with different business units, cultures and management levels in an international environment. German language skills are an additional plus
