What you will do for Siemens Smart Infrastructure:

The Program Manager leads full scope solution plan development on the most complex Integrated Security projects or programs.


Responsibilities:

  • Designs strategic project/program opportunities and leads project/program management activities (defining scheduling, budget, risk, change, opportunity and resource management activities) for the most complex projects or programs
  • Leads the technical review of Integrated Security Systems and supporting Infrastructure based upon design specification and documentation
  • Designs and maintain s continuous improvement opportunities
  • Cultivates client relationship and independently perform leading-edge areas of work for the professional field
  • Preempts potential problems and provides effective solutions in reaction to application of concepts, techniques, knowledge, or processes
  • Displays original thinking in applying principles, theories, and concepts on a wide range of problems
  • Assures detailed schedules and plans are created for each project
  • Validates customer standards are consistently maintained across the US and will identify inconsistencies and gaps in processes and solutions and bring them to the attention of the entire team for resolution
  • Maintain Precise Clear communication between Siemens and Customer Organization to assure work is being completed properly and in accordance with Customer budgets and timelines
  • Create and maintain escalation lists and organizational charts for both Siemens and Customer to expedite problem resolution and risk management across the US
  • Develop and maintain standardized service and solutions pricing models to improve consistency and competitiveness models across the US to better serve Customer on-going needs

Qualifications:

  • Current CSPM Certification (PMP as well would be preferred)
  • This position supports a Siemens customer who requires all employees and vendors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 where permitted by applicable law and in accordance with an accommodation based on legally protected reasons
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge in field of Integrated Security Systems and supporting Infrastructure and serve as point of authority and/or source of technical knowledge for area of expertise
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues
  • High school diploma, state-recognized GED, or state-recognized high school proficiency exam required; bachelor’s degree preferred

The base salary range for this position in Colorado is 83K-113K and the annual incentive target is 10% of base salary.
