Siemens Digital Industries is looking for a Project Manager Agile for the Digital Enterprise & Digital Services hub in the Nordics with its premises in Norway. As Project Manager Agile for IoT projects you have the opportunity to take part, execute and deliver technical innovative solutions together with an global and local implementation team as well as interesting end-customers within verticals such as Battery, Automotive, Electronics, OEMs, Food & Beverage, Process, Chemistry and Metals industries.

Responsibilities and tasks ​

  • You are leading agile digitalization projects such as Industrial Edge and IIoT implementations, and supporting the customer journey according to agile methodologies and frameworks defined in SDS (Siemens Development System) as well as Value Hacker and other consulting frameworks.
  • Manage projects and delivery processes with focus on Industrial IoT and industrial digitalization
  • Supporting your Sales team in coordinating and preparing quotations for digitalization projects
  • Supporting project scoping, effort calculations, customer quotations and defining SoW.
  • Participates in HQ-driven or regional R&D activities when possible, supporting product development and standardization.
  • Analyzes technical and business challenges to be solved, develops hypotheses and analytical models, evaluates alternatives and identifies most promising resolutions.
  • Definition, development and responsibility for relevant processes. ​
  • Synchronization and close cooperation with the CS DE&DS HQ

Qualifications and experience 

  • Degree in computer science, data science, IT/SW development or comparable
  • 3 + years’ experience of Agile Project Management
  • Manufacturing know-how including automation and IIoT experience
  •  Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Norwegian and English).
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, Advanced time management and analytical skills
