Currently, we develop a diverse team in Prague and Brno, Czech Republic working hand-in-hand with our global teams – and equipped with experts from various areas:
Strategic Portfolio Managers, Business Developers, Marketers, Communicators, Sales and Engineers.

 What part will you play?

As a Business Developer, you will be located in the Service for Factory Automation Business Segment (DI CS FA MCS) and you will be responsible for pushing the positive development of our business both in headquarters and assigned regions, in line with our segment strategy. This includes:

  • Definition, implementation and tracking of business development measures in together with the assigned regions
  • Roll-out of segment-specific portfolio elements to the assigned regions 
Support of our CS FA management and Service Sales Specialists in the regions on their activities to develop businessDevelop transparency in the customer services market in cooperation with the associated regionsExecution of Market & Competitor Analyses related to their Service OfferingsComparison with own Service Offerings and deriving strategic options for actionWork together with our Portfolio Management on new product developments by bringing business development aspects into the product development processCooperation with internal stakeholders in regional management activities and the alignment of measures

  • You completed an engineering degree (bachelor diploma) in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field
You have intercultural skills to deliver results in a multi-cultural environmentYou are proficient in English; German language skills would be plusYou convince with your excellent communication and collaboration skillsAs a strategic thinker you can formulate business development measures and act as a driver to deliver ambitious growth objectivesYou love working in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changesIdeally, you have initial experience in conducting market and competitor analyzes.You have strong experience in industrial automation from several years of work experience, either the area of technical industrial services or manufacturing industriesHaving an additional master degree in these or related fields would be an advantage
