Global Sales Operations LAER Activity and Customer Health Manager

Position Overview

The LAER activity and Customer Health Manager focus will be the development of an integrated environment that provides holistic and actionable insight into DISW activities on an account, industry, region, and portfolio level, while at the same time gaining insight into account health and status. The integrated solution should improve sales engagements in the LAER process, reduce sales cost, increase productivity for all three DISW go-to-market channels and facilitate DISWs transformation to and success as a SaaS provider. 

The Policies & Processes Manager will collaborate with all parts of DISW business and report to the Sr. Director GSCS GTM and Supporting Operations responsible for Policies, Processes, Pricing and Quality.

Responsibilities

  • Identify all compelling events in DISW LAER process and develop LAER relevant metrics and KPI´s for all DISW business models and go-to-market channels
  • Develop and update an integrated, highly automated environment that leads to concrete and actionable tasks for every organization and hierarchy involved in DISW go-to-market activities as part of the LAER model

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • 5+ years related Software industry business experience, BA or BS degree required
  • High SaaS customer health and provider activity acumen
  • High operational and LAER sales process acumen
Ability to:
  • Engage with all levels of the organization for improvements and solution development
  • Collaboratively work with matrixed departments and leadership to project plan, problem-solve and deliver results
  • Translate complexity and effectively communicate to non-technical professionals
  • Work independently and drive improvements
  • Successfully influence business partners, even when holding a contrary position
  • Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills
  • Demonstrated experience communicating complex ideas in effective & efficient manor, verbally and in writing
  • Strong MS office and presentation skills
  • Good SFDC skills
  • Amount of travel with this position is approximately 25%

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

Good understanding of:

  • SaaS provider business models and sales process
  • Traditional Software Industry and SaaS provider compensation methods
  • Traditional Software to SaaS provider transformation journey
