Project Manager for Asia Pacific Finance Special Project Team

Job Description

Your new area of responsibility - meaningful and future-oriented:

Drive internal and external integration in APAC with a focus on China
Interact with internal and external stakeholders for mergers and legal entity governance topics
Conduct monthly project team calls with involved workstreams to review and discuss integration progress
Ensure governance and compliance requirements are met for merger activities
Support the APAC zone in digital enablement activities and promote a culture of “try and learn” 
Controlling tasks in the cloud environment as well as set-up of SLAs and transfer pricing topics



Requirements:

Experience in the financial environment
Understanding of M&A activities and legal entity structures
Knowledge of Finance systems used by Siemens: SAP4HANA, Polaris, BA Dash, Tableau
Excellent knowledge of Siemens environment
Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills
Ability to work with multiple management levels in challenging situations
Ability to use professional judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
Chinese and English language skills
