This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As Share360 Assist Team member  

  • Provide immediate over the phone support for Share360 Customers and in-house engineering partners including general inquiries, service triage and tool& test rentals.
  • You will provide general technical support for functional issues with the eVO application/mButler software for our in-house engineering partners.
  • You will be responsible for customer satisfaction by demonstrating proactive attitude and actions to expedite service requests, creating an ownership culture by following through on the customer’s issues until completely resolved.
  • You will compile and present monthly/quarterly reporting of utilization, service history, and updates/maintenance to demonstrate value of service.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills along with effective problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment required.
  • Knowledgeable of Siemens Healthineers internal service processes and operations.
  • You can multi-task and prioritize based on impact and criticality of customer issues. 
  • You have proficient experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams. 

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Experience in a high volume customer service environment experience preferred.
  • Proficient hands-on knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • Willing to travel up to 10%
  • BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • CARY, NC LOCATION (Relocation Provided)
  • (2nd Shift 11am-8pm)
