Then come in and join our ASEAN team as ASEAN Business Manager, Corindus Robotics. This role is a combination of Business Development, Sales and Clinical Specialist functions needed to achieve the business growth objectives of Corindus Vascular Robotics in ASEAN zone. The individual is expected to deliver on this role by servicing current customers and in identifying and securing new customers for this innovative technology. This is a very complex, process oriented, high-level position that requires passion, enthusiasm, and strong domain expertise. This role will also have clinical support components to the role, as the candidate will be expected to provide clinical product, technical assistance and training to physicians and staff on the effective use of Corindus products during procedures within ASN zone, to help drive the adoption of the CorPath GRX System.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • Business Development functions:
    • Identification and qualification of new customers and prospects
    • Conduct product presentations for new customers to develop new accounts
    • Drive C-suite engagement in hospitals to encourage adoption of COR systems
    • Develop business models that will justify the investment in COR systems by hospitals
    • Identify potential partnership opportunities with cardiology device manufacturers for joint marketing of COR products and Cath lab solutions
    • Identify and participate in major cardiology & robotic events to increase visibility of COR
    • Identify and participate in joint marketing events with hospitals to market COR
  • Sales Management functions:
    • Responsible for achieving and growing total revenue including capital, disposable, and extended service sales in ASN zone.
    • Work with the sales teams in ASN for identification and qualification of new prospects.
    • Achieves deep and thorough account penetration and develops new target accounts.
    • Responsible for complete territory analysis and planning to ensure revenue goals are achieved.
    • Conducts sales presentations for new and existing customers as necessary.
    • Conduct sales training to internal sales teams for driving a sharpened COR sales pitch.
    • Develops and manages key customer relationships. Services sales territory and interfaces with customers directly including physicians, staff, and administrators.
    • Serves existing and prospective customers by discovering customer needs and requirements and by meeting or exceeding their expectations.
    • Meets with customers to define product/service needs and specifications. Continuously works with customers to monitor product performance and needs.
    • Maintains up-to-date and accurate sales records. Input data and information into CRM database.
    • Provides sales and product training to country teams for market coverage and penetration.
    • Manages distributors to ensure optimal performance. 
  • Clinical Specialist functions:
    • Drive adoption and usage of the CorPath single-use sterile cassette at installed base hospital sites by providing continuous training, case support and ongoing presence.
    • Coach existing CorPath users to further increase their robotic-assisted PCI skills and drive Robotic Drive Programs in hospitals by engaging team of core users.
    • Broaden user base at each site adding and training new physician/clinician users of the CorPath system.
    • KOL engagement and recruitment within ASN zone and connecting these KOL’s with regional (AP) and Global KOL counterparts.
    • Provides clinical training and education to customers. Assists in disseminating technical product information to customers. Assists in the development and execution of regional hospital staff training courses.
    • Drive CME training events with COR content to increase visibility of COR in market.
    • Training and competency development of ASN Product Specialist teams in COR product line
    • Interfaces with marketing to quantify needs and to provide intelligence to management on competitive products and Company product enhancements.
    • Keeps abreast of new products in the market and of current and future Company products.
    • Process and monitor product complaint per company procedures.

Your qualifications and experiences:
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or experience.
  • Requires 15+ years in medical equipment, device sales, disposable sales – interventional cardiology, preferably capital and disposables.
  • Experience working in the medical device field required cardiology experience is preferred.

Your personality and skills:
  • Knowledge of computer applications (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PP) required.
  • Knowledge of proper English usage, grammar, spelling, vocabulary and of generally accepted office practices, procedures, and equipment.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, faxes, multi-line phones, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with persons contacted while performing assigned duties including Company management and outside business associates.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Ability to represent the Company at professional and business functions in a competent manner.
  • Excellent analytical, training, and motivational skills.

  • You are proficient in Thai and English both written and spoken to communicate with our local Customers and global Colleagues.
  • Ability to travel over 50% of the time (when travel becomes widely possible again).
