Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and advice to process owners to help them develop revenue and expense budgets; follow up by monthly comparison in actual and budget by individual cost centers, and investigate any material deviation.
  • Trace investment status and forecast, and work closely with all relevant departments to control the investments and ensure the forecast's accuracy.
  • Trace R&D project cost monthly, and work closely with R&D Dept. to ensure project cost and timeline align with original planning.
  • Trace the supporting functions cost and forecast monthly, and work closely with the supporting Dept. heads to control the cost and ensure the forecast's accuracy.
  • Responsible for monthly closing issues, prepare internal management report and analysis report monthly and as per request by superior.
  • Deal with Risk and Internal Control related issues.

Requirement:

  • 5-8 years finance related experience;
  • Experience in multi-national manufacturing company is a plus;
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting or finance, CICPA is a plus;
