Siemens Large Drives Applications (A Siemens Portfolio Company) engineers and produces heavy-duty electrical drive systems for medium and high voltage ranges such as electrical motors, converters and generators. Additionally, we offer special large drives for ships & for use in mines. We propose diverse services from product delivery to applications and turnkey projects.


You’ll become part of and share knowledge with a team of experienced specialists within the global organization. At first, you’ll become familiar with our Siemens portfolio and our unique value offerings. You’ll also make contacts in your professional network (including our factories, quotation centers, HQ's,...).

After the initial trainings, you’ll:

  • Work out technical & commercial proposals for our customers (OEM's & End customers);
  • Handle complex technical offers, read customers specifications;
  • Be self supportive for smaller Motor quotations based on our existing tools (AGT, DTK, SieSales, ...). You’ll also execute smaller orders while being in contact with the customers and our factories;
  • Support the local sales colleagues, and you’ll feel comfortable talking to customers yourself directly;
  • Support our customers with after sales topics in close collaboration with our factories (ie repairs, spare-parts,...).

Most of the projects are in the BeNeLux and in France. You will occasionally travel.


Who are we looking for?

  • Ideally, you hold a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • You have a strong interest in business. You are efficient, structured, and proactive.
  • You know/are willing to learn how to read, comprehend, and interpret manufacturing documents, wiring diagrams, component literature, engineering drawings, and testing procedures.
  • You communicate clearly and know how to engage people. Your pragmatic approach and problem-solving capabilities help you to succeed in both the technical as the commercial aspects of the job.
  • Our clients speak mainly Dutch, French, and English. You feel comfortable to discuss with them in those three languages.
