What you would be doing ?
Manager role with people responsibility. Develop a growth strategy through consultants. Focus on improving collaboration with important consultants for PA segments & verticals in order to increase transparency, built trust, promote Siemens technology & strive to become the partner of choice for consultants. The aim is to built & elevate the technology partnership with consults to enable consultants to act as Siemens promoters, thereby increasing our share of wallet in target industries. Defining different strategies for different products & solutions in line with Segment & vertical strategies & deploying the same with identified consultants. Defining Regular review mechanism with PA segments & Verticals to validate the progress of activities & give feedback based on consultant interactions.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Batchelor’s or Master’s engineering degree in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics with at least 8+ years of experience in Business Development
