Maintenance Supervisor (M/F/D)

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • You ensure adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures, and ensure achievement of agreed performance standards
  • You oversee and monitor maintenance procedures
  • You plan resources and routine maintenance projects
  • You are responsible for maintenance of equipment
  • You oversee operational processes and lead employees in the team assigned
  • You install and qualify equipment
  • You run projects and troubleshooting activities in the related field of work
  • You coordinate the planning and monitoring of the execution of external company orders in compliance with deadlines and costs
  • You evaluate and order plant/building-specific maintenance measures and capital expenditures
  • You ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and monitor the relevant documentation in your own area of responsibility. In case of deviations, you initiate and implement appropriate measures
  • You conduct complex investigations into the working environment and environmental monitoring (lighting, air circulation, industrial hygiene, etc.)
  • Leadership, motivation and development of the directly subordinate employees

Your profile:
  • MSc or BSc in a technical field (engineering grade is a benefit) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior manufacturing or quality experience with medical devices is an advantage
  • 3-5 years professional experience. 
  • Good knowledge on Metrology.
  • Knowledge of quality requirements (e.g., ISO 13485) is a benefit.
  • Self-motivated individual with a history of developing collaborative, cross-functional solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skill; knowledge of, French, German or Luxembourgish is an asset.
