Building on our recent successes in high voltage charging to support the transition to ebus and innovative partnerships that deliver on-street EV charging from lamp posts, this role will be central to our establishment of a compelling Chargepoint Operations model for Commercial and Domestic markets.

• Drive the product and proposition strategy for Commercial and Residential EV Chargepoint operations

• Full ownership of the Product Lifecycle Management process from the market requirements to delivery and go to market, overseeing all technical, operational and commercial aspects

• Lead cross functional engagement with key internal and external stakeholders to realise propositions with impact, including our EV hardware product teams, our financing arm, our various software product teams and our field and back office teams

• Close collaboration with the project management function to co-ordinate the outputs required from delivery teams to realise the proposition to time and budget

• Working with our marketing team to define and develop collateral that supports and promotes our proposition throughout the lifecycle

• Supporting our sales teams with technical queries and sales activity

• Regular executive reporting within Siemens 

What you need to make real what matters.

• Proven experience of bringing new products to market.

• Detailed understanding of the Commercial EV Chargepoint Operations market, including current developments, opportunities and challenges

• Demonstrable ability to collaborate effectively with customers, suppliers, colleagues and other key stakeholders to achieve notably positive results

• Ability to lead projects

• Expert understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) methodology

• Proven ability to add value during product/service sales cycles and positively influence the customer decision making process

• An eye for detail, to translate product requirements into a compelling value proposition for customers and prospects

• Relevant accredited qualifications
