Your Role - International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!

In this role you will be a part of procurement team of our Business Unit Transmission Solutions (T SO), which is responsible for execution and completion of Grid Stations projects in line with time, cost and quality requirements of the contract.

  • Be responsible for procurement market analysis, creation of procurement / pooling strategies, supplier selection evaluation and development as per Siemens corporate processes and negotiations with suppliers to achieve the maximum profit contribution to the corporate targets
  • Perform negotiations with usage of Advance Negotiation Concept (ANC) wherever applicable and E-Procurement, Commercial evaluation of offers and selection of suppliers
  • Be responsible for covering contractual risks (with the support of Contract Manager / Project Manager), preparation of RFQs securing back-to-back requirements and best payment conditions, preparation and finalization of Frame agreements to guarantee security of supplies at best terms and conditions
  • Assurance of data transparency (Procurement Volumes, ESN, suppliers, forecast of demand, etc.). Communication with T SO partners
  • Ensure attainment of KPIs such as Contribution to Net Income (CNI) and Contribution to Margin (CTM) by controlling and implementation of procurement procedures.
  • Utilize procurement models and Frame agreements already existing and coordination with HQ/ Lead Country in sourcing of materials
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Perform according to the Business Conduct Guidelines and support in establishing a culture of trust and integrity

Your Qualifications And Skills - Digital And Solid!
  • Degree in Engineering / Finance related fields from a reputable university
  • 3-5 years’ procurement experience in of High Voltage turnkey projects
  • International working experience of procurement OR working relationship with international suppliers
  • Knowledge of project management and Contractual Law
  • Good interpersonal/ communication skills
  • Excellent Negotiation Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluency (Verbal and Written) in English
