Your new field of activity - challenging and future-oriented 
  • Contact person for the application management of a sub-application of Siemens Teamcenter
  • Responsible for the incident management in the area of the PLM software Siemens Teamcenter
  • You analyze malfunctions and incidents in 1.5 and 2nd level Teamcenter support
  • You develop solutions and create the corresponding documentation
  • You create and present reports about the service activity in the assigned area
  • Responsible for organizational activities in the Service, together with the Service Manager

Your qualifications - sound and adequate 
  • You have successfully completed professional training in the field of information technology or have many years of professional experience in the field of PLM
  • You have already gained several years of professional experience in the service/support environment
  • You have many years of experience in the Siemens PLM process as well as in the Teamcenter applications of the Siemens units DI and SI, Siemens Energy and Siemens Healthineers
  • You have many years of experience in the areas of BOM Management, DPX, T4S
  • You enjoy working in an international team
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL is desirable
  • You have good communication skills
  • You think and act in a structured way and are service and quality oriented
  • You have a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
  • An independent, reliable and goal-oriented way of working rounds off your profile
