This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Sr. Strategic Business Planner you will be responsible for:

tasks and responsibilities:                   


1.     Define and enable new data related service revenue streams e.g. smart services, predictive maintenance, fleet monitoring, etc.

2.     Coordinate and manage collaboration for customer co-creation solutions

3.     Responsible for Service Management of multiple services across their lifecycle from definition, management, and global in-company and external vertical integration at large

4.     Leading global community calls to drive utilization of our analytical service offerings.

5.     In this role you will be coaching and leading a team in the role of a Product Owner in the field of, but not limited to real-time fleet monitoring & prediction services

6.     Communicate and discuss our portfolio with various stakeholders (countries, business processes, business line representatives)

7.     Interact with internal service receivers, external customers, involve and cooperate with external service providers, monitor their services and approve work deliveries

8.     Align & define roadmaps for strategic focus areas and conduct project and Portfolio management activities

9.     Take responsibility of dedicated data driven subscription services and communicate them into process, countries & Business Lines


Qualification and experience


You hold a university masters/PHD degree in engineering/IT or business administration or equivalent years of experience.

You have many years of hands on experience in agile methodologies and applied them already successfully in practice.

You worked as a senior project manager in research & development or product management defining, planning, realizing and controlling complex customer projects.

You have a deep understanding of our medical products and respective data assets and have realized data strategies to expedite digital transformation initiatives 


Attributes and skills


You are fluent in written and spoken English

You have excellent presentation and customer facing communication design skills.

You have proven customer touchpoint experience.

Your excellent communication, organization and relationship building skills allow you to interface with all levels of the organization, while your specific strength lies in influencing decision makers and managing expectations

You pay strong attention to detail and have outstanding analytical skills which make it easy for you to identify and resolve complex issues

Your excellent leadership skills help you to manage global resources and drive results. Also, you assume leadership roles in unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances while having a solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment

You are experienced in recognizing, addressing and driving changes with an understanding of cultural impact

You are able to travel as required for customer workshops and project meetings
