- Master of Science or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Civil Engineering.
- C/C++ proficiency
- Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering including RC network analysis and delay calculation
- Strong knowledge of algorithm development, software programming and debugging skill
- Knowledge of CCS timing modeling is preferred
- Knowledge of Linux, Shell script and Tcl language is a plus
- Knowledge of multithreaded implementation and mutax-lock for Linux thread synchronization is a plus
- Prior experience with large scale software development and team projects is highly recommended
- Prior experience of working or using static timing analysis software is highly recommended
- Excellent English language communication skill
