What are my responsibilities?
The Team Assistant Supports management / the department team (and management, if necessary) in all organizational items. Support in handling specific topics if needed.
· Secretarial and administrative tasks for management and team members: office administration, correspondence, telephone reception, schedule coordination, meeting planning, handling courier and etc.
· Document management (archiving, Electronic Data Management) for documents relevant to the department and team members
· Travel management (orders and settles means of transportation)
· Process documents using MS Office.
· Reception of and care for visitors
· Manages departmental statistics, reporting and ensure the compliance of the relevant company's guideline and regulations
· Support for quotations, ordering
· Organization of yearly activities, e.g. outing, annual party, etc.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
· Good communication skills
· Fluent skill of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
· Multiple task handling skills
· MS Office
· Understanding of the company's process, guideline and regulation
· Open for intercultural encounters
· Self-motivated
