Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

·       Good understanding of Powerplant commodities like Turbine, Generator, Gearbox, Pumps, Motors, Lube Oil System, Valves, Piping, etc

·       Know how on Electrical and Instrumentation commodities will be an added advantage (Panels, MCC, Cables, Transmitter, UPS, digital gauges, etc)

·       Good understanding of reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

·       Should be able to review applicable Welding Procedure specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) and Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ).

·       Should be able to prepare and approve Site Quality Assurance Plan.

·       Should have minimum 4 years hand on experience on DP, UT, MPT and RT is an added advantage

·       Should be able to provide technical inputs/RCA for quality issues and troubleshooting 

·       Should be able to identify site process gaps and drive improvements 

·       Should be able to work as a Trainer for site team on Quality processes

·       Certified welding inspector (CSWIP) or equivalent certification will be an added advantage

·       Should be able to handle / drive site quality by virtual support

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds

·       Should be BE in Mechanical having minimum 10+ / Diploma in Mechanical having minimum 15+ years of relevant experience.

·       NDT in ASNT level II in DP, UT, MPT, RT and VT.

·       Having certification of Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 will be an added advantage.

·       The incumbent must be from a Powerplant erection and commissioning and / OR Maintenance skill set
