Then come and join our global team as Working Student (f/m/d) Contract Office.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Assist the Contract Office by uploading project documentation, including contracts, approvals and deliverables by using our internal contract management and archiving tools efficiently and consistently for the EMEA region
  • Prepare continuous statistics and overview of projects through Excel and Power BI reports, including PowerPoint presentations
  • Help generating agreements based on provided templates for the countries within the EMEA region and support with the signature process
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders from the local Siemens Healthineers entities in Europe, Middle East and Africa
  • Support in internal/external workshop organization
  • Perform back-office administrative tasks related to Scientific Partners activities in the region

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You are a student with a focus on business informatics, international relationships, economics/administration, or a related field
  • You can work 15 hours a week (preferably 3 days a week)
  • You have a strong command of written and spoken English and German
  • You have proficient command of standard office IT tools, particularly, for creation of complex reports (MS Office, PowerBI, etc.)

  • You have the proactivity and willingness to learn in a dynamic and intercultural environment
  • You have excellent organizational skills, process orientation, and attention to detail
  • You are open minded and highly collaborative
