Manage US CS Business Management Processes to drive Revenue and market growth. Archive sales and profit target in China. Expanding Ultrasound competitiveness with professional services to ensure highest customer satisfaction.


1, Develop market and customer oriented service marketing strategies, offerings, target setting, implementation, and communication methods.

2, Ensure efficient execution of all CS Business Management Processes for local market, includes:

- Market analysis and competitive transparency

- Customer base analysis and business potential identification

- Service portfolio, offerings and pricing

- Quotation and contract management

- Promotion program

- Business partner management

3, Cooperate with Ultrasound product marketing to design appropriate POS solution for supporting product market share growth and customer loyalty.

4, Manage team to support region includes service strategy and product communication, marketing programs, contract process.

5, Manage team to monitor and review regional performance e.g. coverage, sales and profit achievement, and provide targeted countermeasure.

6, Lead team to develop business development strategy and portfolio, roll out and ensure achieve target setting in each regions.

7, Lead team for dedicated service market segments.

8, Cooperate with global team to continuously develop US CS business model, portfolio and go to market strategy.

9, Accomplish other tasks assigned by Superior.

Experience & Education:

1, More than  8 years working experience in sales & marketing  function.

2, Bachelor degree or above with major in medical, marketing, business or related
