Mission:

1, Manage overall customer services in the respective region, ensure high customer satisfaction by providing high-quality services and service products/portfolio.

2, Support product sales force in customer service function.

3, Achieve service sales and operation profit target in the respective region.


Responsibilities:

1, Execute and implement all the company strategies into the respective region.

2, Manage team to provide high quality service in the respective region, by maintaining high performance culture, managing  manpower utilization and leading team competence development.

3, Lead team and manage business partner to achieve financial goal, includes service sales, service cost, CCR, AR etc.

4, Ensure accurate sales forecast and planning to achieve yearly target in respective region.

5, Track and analyze market trends and feedback to MKT and service operation team.

6, Ensure compliance with the national laws and internal safety regulation and processes.

7, Other tasks signed by superior.


Education and Experience:

1, More than  8 years working experience in sales & marketing  function.            

2, Bachelor degree or above with major in medical, marketing, business or related
