Mendix is growing fast and expanding the Revenue Operations team in the APAC, and looking for a highly talented Senior Revenue Operations Analyst APAC.
 
We are looking for someone who can connect the dots between Sales and Post-Sales (Customer Success) data, processes and systems. Are you the person that understands both worlds and enjoys working with multiple stakeholders and drive change based on data, then you might be the right person for our team.
 
In this newly created role, you will be working with the APAC leadership as well as our global sales and Customer Success leadership. So, if you have the desire to deep dive into data, know how to make it actionable for our sellers and Customer Success Managers and know how to support and convince senior leaders, this is a great role for you!
 
You will be part of the Revenue Operations International team that scopes both EMEA and APAC; We are a team of 9 persons spread across Europe and Asia. 

Responsibilities:
  • Your primary goal is to know what happens on the front of new business (sales) as well as knowing what is happing at the same time with our customers and their success (CS): what are our current customers doing vs our new customers. You have oversight. 
  • Report and provide insight to support the decision-making and strategic planning of the sales and marketing management team 
  • Report and analyze revenues and revenue-related metrics to assist management in making sound decisions 
  • Serve as key contact person for supervisors and senior management regarding sales and retention performance 
  • Analyze data and provide important visualization and dashboards that clearly communicates complex data in a simple form to non-technical audience
  • For our APAC regions, we want to have good understanding of over new sales, customers and services. All three areas have their own characteristic – you know and own them.  
  • Develop and manage sales, Customer Success and commercial analytics to capture key performance indicators for sales team to track and measure success  
  • Implement sales and Customer Success planning practices within two different cooperative sales organizations as well as key stakeholders such as marketing, analytics and customer service team 
  • Manage and analyze complex cross-functional multiple datasets to support business performance analysis and review 
  • Good understanding of business processes and drive process improvement between multiple organizations 
  • Serve as the Salesforce.com subject matter expert to drive process improvement and sales productivity 
  • Develop Salesforce.com reports and dashboards on pipeline overview, performance, leads and campaign ROI etc. to support decision making process 
  • Automate and standardize reports with the use of Excel, Power Query and Tableau 
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years’ experience in sales/Customer Success operations & analytics experiences in regional role working with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, data-oriented mindset and the ability to use data to drive insights and decision-making
  • Detail oriented with strong attention to detail and focus on quality results
  • Strong stakeholders and project management capabilities
  • Skilled communicator with interpersonal relationship skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and information to a broad audience
  • Salesforce.com administration proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel proficiency.  Prior business processing and system skills an advantage
  • Excellent organizational as well as multi-tasking skills
  • Accountability, Self-initiation and creative-thinking
  • Demonstrates ability to work autonomously and where necessary problem-solve with limited guidance
