In your new role as Cloud DevOps Engineer, you will be communicating directly with business stakeholders and provide innovative solution to tackle their business problems using AWS cloud technology.

• Develop web applications to support the business needs in an agile environment
• Together with an international DevOps team you are responsible for the service and future development of a cloud application for Installed Base management at Siemens Mobility
• Participation in the entire software development process (specification, design, implementation, testing, bugfixes) according to Scrum methodology
• Support in requirements gathering and business process engineering
• Share knowledge about AWS best practices
• You will orchestrate the close collaboration of internal and external service providers to ensure service quality
• Be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued

What do I bring with me?.

• Develop web applications to support the business needs in an agile environment
• You have an educational background as Software Engineer or similar, combined with a thorough knowledge of web programming
• 4-6 years of work experience with the Angular framework is a must
• Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS3 with AWS certification is a benefit
• You should have hands-on experience in AWS cloud technologies services such as Aurora, Lambda, API Gateway, AWS S3
• Good experience of working with CI/CD pipelines with Gitlab for automated deployments
• Flexibility to work with people in different time zones, e.g. Europe
• Understanding of Agile processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
