To support our growth, we are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our P&O Organization. Working under the supervision of HR Business Partners, you will support Local People Strategy / Functional HR Strategy and / or other strategic HR initiatives with employees.

Essential Functions

  • Supports cyclical processes for specific HR function like absence management, pension, insurances.
  • Acts as back up for administrative processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Consults with employees, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Work together with Managers on different HR topics (performance management, compensation, healthcare, development, leadership)
  • Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partnering with more senior HRBP and legal department as needed/required.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Supports other HR Partners with business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning, & change management initiatives.
  • Partner with the TA, HR Mobility, Learning & Development and other HR functions to assist managers in identifying and meeting their needs.
  • Consultant for new hires, promotions, transfers, salary increases and bonuses also in partnership with senior HRBP, TA and Compensation.

Skills and Abilities Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Already gained some working experience within a similar function.
  • Key skills and abilities include facilitation, proactiveness, presentation, excellent communication, analysis, and problem solving.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch language both written and spoken.
  • Ability work in a complex international environment.
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Interest in Change Management and strong ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
