Then come and join our global team as Expert of Finance Ultrasound EMEA Sales Order Processing within Order to Cash Management in Slovakia

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will be checking terms and conditions of the clarified offer and contract (terms of payment, financing, deadlines, delivery terms) for order intake, clarification of discrepancies
  • You will enter in ERP system clarified incoming orders for supply contracts and the coordination of deadlines according to customer requirements with business franchises, local departmens, distributors etc
  • You will maintain the order folder
  • You will be in charge of invoicing of orders according to contract terms and revenue guidelines according to HGB and IFRS15
  • You will process formation of accruals/provisions, payables, receivables, value adjustments, revenue reversals etc according to contract and/or accounting guidelines
  • You will be in charge of processing foreign letters of credit (Letter of Credit)
  • You will be supporting receivables management within the scope of project responsibility and monitor incoming payments and receivables
  • You will support maintaining customer master data
  • You will prepare down payment invoices, check letter of credit and applying for necessary changes. Application for guarantees

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have completed a degree in finance, business administration or a comparable discipline
  • You can offer professional experience in the area of finance/business administration
  • You have experience in supply chain management (particularly in import/export business) and in the shared service environment
  • You have a very sound knowledge and understanding of relevant financial processes and value flows in the areas of accounting (up-to-date knowledge of local GAAP + IFRS), tax, treasury and ERP (SAP)
  • An excellent and comprehensive grasp of business — experience in the healthcare sector is a major advantage

Your attributes and skills:

  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken), advanced skills in German is a strong plus, other languages (Spanish, Italian) are beneficial
  • You have outstanding communication and reasoning skills and the ability to collaborate proactively and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • You have skills in cross-functional team working
  • Your openness and your positive way of thinking enable you to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
  • You focus on targets and results, and are customer-oriented
  • You have the ability to work independently and resolve problems

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 1450EUR brutto /month + VAR*
