1. Drive vertical transformation strategy with regional sales, support project process and key account management.
2. Prioritize vertical project management(e.g. BP10) and driving (project pipeline, coverage, win-rate and FC management )
3. Vertical market fighting guide(core know-how and USP of application), standard proposals, market analysis, technical support in the pre-sales using in-depth knowledge of applications and competitor monitoring.
4. Push and pull standard and extend application virtual team application competence enhancement.
5. Market influence support with dedicated design institute, technical committee and association. market promotion(workshop, seminar, exhibition…)
6. Regional sales and partner support on business development(pre-sales package, training and bidding guidance)
1. min. 5 years working experience in Comfort relevant industries;
2. Working experience with international companies or colleagues
3. BU BD working experience
4. Strong business breakthrough capability
5. Good communication skills (external and internal).
1. Building Automation knowledge, Product and vertical knowledge, Siemens policy and culture knowledge,
2. Sales Skills, MS Office Skills, Good oral and written English, Good team work, result oriented
