Then come and join our global team as R&D Team Leader to optimize our product life cycle management.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will be responsible for R&D management include product management and project management.

1. Organize and manage R&D resources for the successful and timely completion of PL activities, within the allocated budget and with high quality deliverables.
2. Product sustaining for X-ray Generator and Monoblock, like product quality before and after delivery, failure investigation, customer complaint and cost strategy.
3. Definition of localization and DTC/DTQ strategy in alignment with the PLM head for cost-effective high quality product for global market according to Siemens PEP process.
4. Team management for a sufficient technology competency and optimized team structure.
5. Support PV PRM for market evaluation.
6. Develop, monitor and manage multiple projects throughout the product lifecycle.
7. Hands-on project management and actively manages project plan, scope, deliverables, dependencies.

Your qualifications and experience:

1. You have bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, etc..
2. You have minimum 5 years’ technical experience in medical imaging or generator industry, with experience in product development or product maintenance of line.
3. You have solid experience in international project management and negotiation.
4. You have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills needed to handle multiple projects.
5. You demonstrate the ability to think critically and collaboratively to solve roadblocks.
6. You have excellent oral and written English,  and need to host conference call with the foreign teams.
