Plans and monitors achievement of RN PA PI distributors.
1. Business Development: Setting distributor development strategy, guide distributor to develop new customer and new market, develop new distributor, communication with the distributor management for the investment plan (including HC/territory and so on).
2. Sales Management: Push distributor to achieve sales target, support and drive distributor in key account and project, analyze distributor channel & Own business.
3. Communication: Communication bridge between distributor and Siemens, Coordinate project conflicts with distributor.
4. Support Events: Distributor's technical support, to provide product selection training for distributor, Coordinate the resource from Siemens to push distributor business (promotion, Sample, Service, Demo and so on).
