Sales Support Intern will be responsible to support the front-end sales team with bid preparation and documentation activities:
• Preparation and submission of Pre-Qualifications, NDAs, Company Registrations
• Coordinate facility site visits and communicate requirements with customer, internal resources and outside vendors/subcontractors on ECMs, as needed
• Bid preparation activities from preparing basic presentations, understanding the scope of work and building Proposals
• Timely submission to customers as per defined deadlines
• Quality of documentation submission to customers should be of high standard

What do I need to qualify for this job?
• Engineering or Technical Degree
• Strong written & oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs, high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
