What are my responsibilities?

Mission

  • Commercial bidding and execution of international solution business in PA BU.
  • Responsible for all commercial, financial, legal, tax and insurance related issues as well as controlling and reporting regarding the assigned projects starting from Bid/No Bid, commercial negotiation, and execution to the end of warranty period.
  • Support business departments to achieve business targets and minimize company commercial risks via commercial control.
  • Support PA China SE&C overall reporting transparency and automation.

Areas of Responsibility

  • PA China SE&C overall reporting transparency and automation
  • Pre-Sales support, Bidding/ Contract Negotiation Support  
  • Project cost controlling, analysis and report in project. 
  • Reporting of project financial status 
  • Budgeting and forecast for project key financial figures
  • Payment documents preparation, monitoring customer payment schedule, and account receivables following up
  • Prepare commercial reports. 
  • SAP process owner (project creation, plan cost/plan revenue maintenance, billing, actual cost booking, report checking, etc.)             
  • Participation in/coordination of monthly closing      
  • Change order initiation and realization 
  • Preparation of documents for outgoing claims and against incoming claims         
  • Providing commercial advice and feedback to work partners              
  •  Coach, advice and experience sharing to other BAs      
  •  Other tasks assigned by supervisor                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor or above in related majors, e.g. economics, international trade, accounting, finance etc.
  • Basic skills with contract law, negotiation skills, financial knowledge, foreign trade knowledge and practice
  • Advanced skills with contract management, communication and problem solving
  • Project management systematics.
  • Be able to work efficiently, seriously, and responsibly
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written English.
  • Professional MS Office skills (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Be willing to go on business trip any time
