The Mission:

To Manage operational services delivery, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in terms of user and customer satisfaction, compliance, quality, cost, and efficiency. The Position holder will Lead GBS H2R team in Egypt.


Your Role – Challenging and Future-Oriented!

  • Lead team of HR Admin, being responsible for the administrative operation tasks
  • Act as a partner for the local HR organization, meeting business needs and identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • Act as a point of contact for escalations, solving difficult situations in a constructive manner.
  • Is responsible for managing, monitoring, and reporting the performance of the team in accordance with the approved SLAs.
  • Get involved in process design activity, ensuring adherence to standard processes.
  • Ensure that all confidentiality policies and data management rules are followed in the team.
  • Planning of current and special projects within the team.
  • Proposes methods to increase the efficiency and quality of teamwork
  • Monitoring and reviewing agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction set with the delivery teams.
  • Stakeholder Management and Collaboration like establishing and maintaining close interaction, communication, and two-way feedback, collaborating, and interacting with all GBS / GBS HR Operations and HR stakeholders.

 Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!

  • Educational Background in major of HR management or equivalent studies
  • Minimum 3-6 years’ Experience in HR or Shared Services Operations (in-sourced or outsourced) with hands on experience in managing teams
  • client orientation and service mind-set.
  • Ability to prioritize and work simultaneously with several projects
  • Proficient Knowledge of MS Office, SAP & Workday (PNC is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English are mandatory.
  • Interpersonal skills, Initiative & Flexibility.
  • Solid understanding of Egyptian Labor law.
