OBJETIVE:

Responsable de la colocación de ordenes de compras de producto terminado a proveedores nacionales e internacionales, y el seguimiento desde el proveedor hasta nuestro almacén o puerta de nuestros clientes, interactuando con freight forwarders, agentes aduanales, transportistas, order managment y compras.

FUNCTIONS:

·       The material data analyst is responsible to ensure a high quality in SAP for finished goods data/information in MM module. 

·       The main objective of the function is to create part numbers in the system and ensure that the Sales and Supply processes can be executed.

·       Data analysis are performed often to review planned activities.

·       This person is in constant communication with Business Units and logistics for technical and commercial data to be analyze and used in the Master data creation / maintenance in the system.

·       Critical to achieving success in this role is a deep understanding of relevant policies, processes, systems, and communication tools.

·       Management, Validation and Execution of massive changes as part of the day-to-day business. (Using Winshuttle).

REQUIREMENTS:

·       Studies: Ing. logística, Ing. Industrial, Lic. en negocios internacionales.

·       Management, Validation and Execution of massive changes as part of the day-to-day business. (Using Winshuttle).

·       Keep strong communication with the Business Unit and Logistics.

·       Upload and validation of prices to ensure the business data quality.

·       Participate in the development of business reporting and provide accurate information to the business unit for decisions.

·       Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

·       Knowledge in SAP Modules (MM: Master Management and SD: Sales and Distribution).

·       Excel: Advanced Skills (Demonstration in the interview will be needed).

·       Expert in data analysis, metrics and reporting.

·       Skills communication and customer orientation.

·       Self-directed – ability to work independently.

·       SAP & Winshuttle.

·       English advanced
